The times they are a changing.

On this Friday morning in 2013, the hot sun shone down on the streets I travelled on my way to work. I washed and vacuumed my works van at work before I started my days printing. The news was rattling around Facebook that our local IMAX and Media museum was shutting down after having its funding pulled. 10,000 signatures won't make a difference if they've already made up their minds. My son and I visit every six or seven weeks and have dinner or whatever and it'll be a real shame on the one hand. But on the other hand... Fuck em.... You won't get any money out of me if you close it so i just go elsewhere. As I've said before NOTHING STAYS THE SAME.
Nothing is sacred. Just look at the listed building of the old Odeon cinema in Bradford. They are not allowed to demolish it but it seems ok to let it rot and fall down itself.  It's stupid that the shitty ice rink nearby is going to outlive both the museum and the odeon.
Life moves on and changes. Our kids grow up everyday. Our bodies slowly die day and the Earth turns regardless. It's no wonder people grasp for a religion to hold on to.
